FairRVU provides AI-powered analysis of physician employment contracts. Our Service reviews uploaded contract documents and generates a written report summarizing compensation structure, RVU benchmarks, call burden, and other contract terms. Reports are delivered via email and accessible through your FairRVU dashboard.

You should consult a licensed attorney and/or financial advisor before making any decisions based on your FairRVU report. FairRVU reports are one input among many and should not be the sole basis for any contract negotiation or career decision.
FairRVU charges a one-time fee per contract analysis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing payment, you authorize the charge to your provided payment method.
Refunds: Due to the nature of digital deliverables, all sales are final once your analysis report has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents report delivery, contact us at reports@fairrvu.com within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.
We reserve the right to issue refunds on a case-by-case basis. Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension.
You agree to use FairRVU only for lawful purposes. You may not:
The FairRVU report generated for you is licensed for your personal use only. You may share your report with advisors and attorneys involved in your contract review. You may not republish, resell, or distribute FairRVU reports commercially without written permission. All FairRVU branding, software, and methodology remain the property of FairRVU LLC.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FAIRRVU DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT REPORTS WILL BE COMPLETE OR ACCURATE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAIRRVU LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST CONTRACTS, OR CAREER LOSSES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.
